IrisStudio collects the following information from employees using the App:

• Personal Information: Information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or other details that you voluntarily provide to us.

• Customer Content: Employee data such as name, designation, and leave records added by administrators. Organisation data includes company name, branch details, and location data. While you retain ownership of your content, we may process and store it to provide the Platform’s services.

• Company-Specific Data Segmentation: Data from each company is securely isolated.
• Role-Based Access Control: Employees access their personal information only, while administrators have access to company-specific data.

• With the User’s Organisation: Employee data is accessible to respective administrators.
• Third-Party Service Providers: Data may be shared with trusted providers for hosting, payment processing, or analytics.
• Legal Requirements: Information may be disclosed to comply with legal obligations.
• Business Transfers: Data may be transferred in mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.
• Consent: Data may be shared with your explicit consent.

4. Data Security

• Role-Based Access Control: Access is limited to authorised individuals.
• Multi-Layered Authentication: Secure logins via OTP and credentials.
• Your data may be stored in data centres outside your country. By using our Platform, you consent to such processing.

• Proximity and location data during check-ins are retained temporarily.
• Personal Information is retained as needed for outlined purposes or legal obligations.

6. Employee Rights

• Access personal attendance logs via the App.
• Request corrections through the administrator.

• Opt-out of sharing mobile number or location data, limiting access to certain features.

7. Admin Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of employee data.
• Address employee requests for data corrections or deletions.
